• Keep Away from Water & Alcohol: All solid wood toys are water-sensitive. Do not wash with water or alcohol. Simply wipe clean with a dry cloth.
  
• No Disinfectants Needed: Quality wood has a natural micro-cycle. Avoid using disinfectants or sterilizing cabinets. Good wood becomes more beautiful with age and proper care.
  
• Safe for Chewing, But Not for Eating: Finished with non-toxic water-based paint, these toys are safe for mouthing. However, this does not mean they should be intentionally chewed or consumed in large amounts.
  
• Moisture Care for the Finish: Our eco-friendly paint meets the highest safety standards for infants. As it is water-based, avoid using wet wipes and periodically condition the wood with a dry cloth to maintain the finish.

Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
