Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-faulty reasons. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please keep photographic evidence and contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return or exchange.

Our team works hard to minimize errors and we stand behind the products we supply. We also know mistakes do happen and understand not all products will arrive perfect!

For this reason, we personally address all issues falling outside our standard 30-Day Easy Return Policy. 

Please check your orders carefully when they arrive, and report any discrepancies or damages within 7 days of receiving your order. All purchases are covered by the ACCC guidelines, in respect to warranties and returns.

At Bearhug we champion sustainable, handcrafted products, made from natural materials. Designed, cut, sanded, sewn, painted and decorated by skilled craftspeople - every item tells it's own unique story and no two are exactly alike.

Due to their handcrafted nature, many of the products we stock are subject to slight variations in colour, size and wood grain, and some may display unique markings. These markings are not defects. Rather, they are proof of the products' natural origins.
